Driver
EagleTac engineers strive for the maximum light output, the highest constant light output, and the longest possible runtime. Eagle-Tac features an state-of-the-art light output engine that gives users the freedom to select the highest blinding output, or the long-duration optimized output which is sufficient to light up the road ahead. - A400 circuit - A800 circuit - B1200 circuit - L800 circuit - L1000 circuit
Light Emitting Diode (LED)
We do not make our own LED, but we use the best and the brightest, the most reliable, the most compact, and the most efficient LED available. At one amp of constant regulated current, EagleTac LED gives an amazing 235 LED lumens output. When driving at 1W of power, the ultra-efficient LED provides a blazing 100 lumens per Watt. In certain models of EagleTac, LEDs are being driven at an extremely high, yet manageable current to highest possible brightness. Driving the LED at such an extreme level is as simple as cracking up the current knob. Our engineers and designers did an amazing job to ensure the heat treatment and the strength of the LED is up for it.
Efficiency
EagleTac is proven to be one of the most efficient flashlight systems ever built. Our engineers maintain the ultra-high efficiency by utilizing the latest power management chipset and other high-end electronic components. Our structure designers and assembly teams are also doing an awesome job in managing the heat generated from both the LED and LED circuit. Our A-line circuit is currently running at industrial leading 85-90% efficiency, while the C-line circuit is currently running at impressive 90-95% efficiency. Color tint
![]() Brightness is not everything. EagleTac’s objective is to create the most usable flashlight system suitable for most conditions, and LED color tint plays a great role here. Bluer tint color usually looks cool, but is less vision-friendly especially under pitch dark condition. Relatively, warmer tint renders color better and is more pleasant to be used in fog or rain. EagleTac chooses the ultimate LED color tint that balances the cool and the usability factor. Seeing EagleTac is believing.
Optical glass
![]() Nothing comes close if the outermost shield fails to deliver. All EagleTac models sport an ultra-clear anti-reflective optical lens that allows 99% of light passage. EagleTac adds an additional invisible anti-scratch and anti-shed coating to protect the front element from aggressive usage.
Carrying styles
EagleTac offers different convenient carrying options for various applications. Stainless steel pocket clip is designed to be used directly with belts or pants pockets. EagleTac tailcap lanyard features a fastener which will break away if the lanyard or light is pulled on with extreme force. EagleTac also offers parachute lanyard with stainless steel lanyard ring mount that goes between the flashlight body and tailcap for easy carrying. Beam quality
![]() EagleTac utilizes the latest analytical software and hardware to build our own optical optimized reflective curve from scratch. Such curve is then used to machine the ultimate LED reflector using computer numerical control crafting machine. Together with the microscopy bumps presented on the reflective surface, EagleTac offers the most vision-friendly light beam that ever existed in any flashlight system. The well -defined and intensive center spot mate perfectly with the secondary flood light to give the highest quality beam that you have long been hoping for.
Refined body
![]() Precise, complicated, or high valued are far from sufficient to describe EagleTac refined appearance. EagleTac’s experienced engineers are constantly improving the techniques and the workflow in preparing the perfect body housing for the ultimate EagleTac flashlight system. Countless time consuming and unseen steps have been taken iprior to the anodization to ensure consistency and perfection. EagleTac on average spent twice as much cost and as much as triple the normal time period in building the most refined body compared to others. High Output Brightness
EagleTac records the highest possible LED lumens brightness in all given battery classes. The high output mode on EagleTac runs on average 25-35% brighter than any competitive light. It’ is our culture to take things to the extreme.
Constant output
![]() EagleTac is proud of maintaining its regulated constant output across all brightness levels. EagleTac P10C2, which has been our long time best seller, maintains its flat-output regulated low light mode (60 lumens) for 10 hours and counting. Gold plated treatment
![]() EagleTac utilizes a huge number of exotic gold-plated parts in our flashlight system. EagleTac currently includes six to ten gold plated parts per flashlight to enhance electronic conductivity and appearance.
Reverse Polarity Protection
![]() EagleTac does not follow the trend. We create our own path. EagleTac prevents the possible circuit damage resulting from battery reverse polarity in our unique way. Our physical protection is compatible with all widely available batteries. Unlike others, this feature does not consume any power, but is built into the body structure and it is there to stay.
Brightness level

Laser engraftment

Tank built
When ideas are generated, EagleTac designers always think of ways to improve durability and reliability. Every inch of the EagleTac is designed and machined to take any kind of abuse. The thick and Type III hardened internal body makes it nearly impossible to break down under extreme conditions. The precisely machined stainless bezel breaks windows in a snap. Heat treatment
![]() EagleTac treats heat management seriously. This is one of the factor how EagleTac archieves the most efficient flashlight system at any output level. Keeping things cool not only enhance operational time, but also prolonging the LED life-cycle and stability. All heat generating elements including LED and various chipsets are designed to dissipate their heat directly with high-density thermal compound to the aluminum or brass content.
Type III surface coating
EagleTac is built to be used by real people. The flawless smooth Type III hard anodization is not only for good looking, but also essential in to surviving from any type of hostile treatment. EagleTac coating is rated as hard as 60u, which is equivalent to the hardness of titanium metal. EagleTac - We build flashlight like no others.
Switch mechanism
EagleTac ensures life-time usefulness. All operating switches used in EagleTac are designed and tested to handle as much as 3 amp of electric current (that’s about 150% of the industrial standard). All switches are rated with 100,000 times of operating cycle that should last life-time of normal usage. Every EagleTac comes with two types of silicon cap . A softer version is being installed in the tailcap, Users are free to replace it with the spare cap, which is made slightly harder material that some may prefer. All rubber parts used in EagleTac is RoHS approved and are recyclable.
Environmentally sealed
All EagleTac are rated with IPX-8 waterproof standard. Although it is not dive-proof, it survives all weather condition and is submersible. It’ is also designed for a non-thinker to use EagleTac in any hostile environment. All EagleTac is environmentally sealed with strengthened silicon o-rings that work together with the professionally designed waterproof structure. EagleTac also includes user-replaceable spare rubber silicon o-rings good for years of service. |
